Last week I had the immense pleasure to meet Roger and Jan Holm who made us the 159th  Diners, Drive-ins & Dives restaurant they have visited. Jane and Roger regaled me with stories and experiences they have had from the road in their eating tour of America. What neat folks and a true tribute to the show and to the restaurants they have visited. Jane and Roger my pleasure to have met y'all and I look forward to seeing y'all on your next visit to SA or maybe we'll run into each other @ another Triple D joint!!

Great day @ the Pearl on Saturday. The veggies coming in right now are fantastic and lots of folks don't know that some of Texas' best grows just about an hour south of here in Pleasanton and the Floresville areas and those Poteet Strawberries were very sweet and tasty!

Chef Dave is at it again. Shake it on over to The Magnolia for some Bread Pudding French Toast topped with an raisin apple caramel topping. Very tasty!!!
