Our Magnolia At Night menu of delectable delights is created by Chef Dave Rapozo and will be served at our Medical Center location.

Your Premier Seating beginning at 5:30 p.m. with a 3-course meal including champagne with dessert

Beer and wine are available for purchase with either seating. Pricing is all-inclusive including tax and gratuity.

Amuse:

Shrimp Saltimbocca
Chef Rapozo's take on a traditional Italian favorite - shrimp, sage and prosciutto served in a white wine sauce.

First Course:

Gorgonzola salad with green apples and walnuts

Second Course:

Your choice of:

Osso Bucco:
An Italian tradition - veal shank braised with vegetables, red wine and broth. Garnished with gremulata.

Chicken Marsala:
This classic dish is made from fresh chicken breast, mushrooms and marsala wine.

Cedar Plank Salmon:
Alaskan salmon baked on cedar planks to infuse with authentic smoky flavors.

All dishes are served with wild rice and rapini.

Third Course:

Sabayon for Two
An Italian sweet custard, bruléed and served with seasonal berries. Accompanied with chocolate dipped strawberries and served with champagne.
