Our recipes have been developed and collected from family, friends, and those we have worked with over our 40 plus years of serving guests across the country. This is the type of food your Grandmother and Great Grandmother would server to Family and Friends. We mix all of our batters from scratch several times a day. We use grade AA large farm fresh eggs, real butter, pure cream, half & half, and buttermilk. Our syrups are made in house and our Applewood Bacon, Hams, and Canadian Bacon are selected for their unique and wholesome flavor. Our Sausage  is custom blend from whole hogs with no fillers or artificial ingredients. We offer the finest brewed coffee, using the latest in coffee technology to ensure consistent flavor and freshness. You will find none better.
