Our 7th Annual Pancake Eating Competition will be held on Tuesday September 29th of 2026! Compete for the chance to earn the title and a hefty prize or cheer on your favorite competitor! The first person to eat 6 Full Size Buttermilk Pancakes will be declared the Champion. Proceeds Benefit the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans and Families.
