Michael Alvarez is our Executive Chef and has been a Magnolian since 2018. He was born and raised in San Antonio. He has been married for 18 years and has 4 awesome kids, and 5 grand kids. His passion for food came from watching his mother cook and when he started cooking Ramen for his two bothers. He believes that food tells a story of memories, tradition, and family. He loves Magnolia because that’s what we believe in.
